Paper Overlay Wooden Food Packaging

Our paper-overlay wooden food packaging is laminated with food grade glassine paper. The glassine layer gives oil resistant quality and also a certain degree of water resistance. The overall body and base of the packaging is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing and has a nice texture when touched. It is stackable for efficient space usage and logo printable to give the packaging a unique indentity. This type comes in various different shapes and sizes.

FAQ

Is it considered as a legal wood in Indonesia ?

Falcata tree has been certified as agricultural crops by the forest ministry of Indonesia.

The packaging is made of wood, how is it not harmful to the environment ?

Some of our material comes from a sustainable source in the form of large scale tree farm plantations. These tree farms plantations used “circulative planting and felling” method to achieve sustainability. Not only these tree plantations greatly enhance air quality and reduce carbon emission, but also create numerous job opportunities to local communities. Our packaging is also fully recyclable and biodegradable.

Do all the materials contained in the final product food grade ?

Yes, our basic material, falcata, is a tasteless, odourless and non-toxic wood. It does not undergo any chemical treatment therefore it is suitable for natural food packaging material. Our wooden packaging also has been lab tested by Japan Food Research Laboratories (JFRL) and declared safe for food usage.

Do custom sizes or shapes available ? Can we request custom printing on packaging ?

Yes, we can do custom sizes and custom branding on your very own falcapack containers. We can do both custom ink printing and hot iron stamp branding.
